As of today, almost all the operations of SLTA are IT based and seldom require physical client interaction for routine work and financial transactions of the clients’. CA Shanil Jain, having an experience of 12 years practicing in the field of Income Tax, GST (earlier Service Tax and Excise Duty), Statutory Company Audit and Company law compliances, Statutory Bank Branch Audit, Management Consultancy to manufacturing industry clients and real estate developers, Internal Audit and Systems’ Audit of Securities Broker & Depository Participants to further diversify the services offered to their existing client of Chartered Accountancy practice decided to enter in the field of financial services and offer his expertise in the field of financial services and building portfolios that are customized to suit the varied requirements of different customers. The mother-son duo was then joined by Mr. Diwakar Sharma in the year 2021.

Mr Diwakar Sharma, A Management Graduate in Finance, very close friend of CA Shanil Jain, having 13 years of experience in the field of investments in securities market and catering to client’s various financial needs independently. He boarded the bandwagon with the aim of providing CUSTOMER CENTERIC ONE STOP SOLUTION for all the Financial needs of the customer and brought with him 13 years of experience in financial markets and financial products, his extensive knowledge, his diligent commitment to customer satisfaction and his clean and honest approach to sells and distribution of financial products. Mr Diwakar Sharma at the start of his career worked at Angel One as a B2B Relationship Manager; then went on to leave the employment to start his business career as an Independent Financial Advisor to provide more comprehensive customer centric services. For his persistent and diligent commitment to personalized customer service, Mr Diwakar Sharma has achieved several awards and recognition for his contribution to the field of financial investment.
